everyone deserves a home base.
Our mental health programs offer comprehensive support services to individuals living in Southern Tasmania who are among the most vulnerable members of our community.
We deliver this support through two programs: The Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) and Clubhouse.
-
HASI
HASI provides outreach support to individuals experiencing mental ill-health who are at risk of losing their public housing tenancy.
We help them maintain their housing, access psychosocial supports, build life skills, and improve their quality of life.
This program is designed for people:
Living in social or community housing
Experiencing mental ill-health
Aged between 18-64 years old
Not receiving NDIS support
-
clubhouse
Our clubhouse is a free, welcoming non-clinical space. It’s for anyone over the age of 18 with an experience of mental-ill health.
At Clubhouse, you can:
Make friends
Learn new skills
Do things like gardening + cooking
Get support with employment + education
It’s all about working together in a space where we respect everyone, help each other grow and foster a sense of belonging.
We’re at 6 Florence St. Moonah.
