WE CAN’T WALK ALONGSIDE YOUNG TASMANIANS ALONE
At Home Base, we support young people across Tasmania as they navigate housing challenges, family stress, and the transition into adulthood.
But real, lasting impact doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when community, business and purpose come together.
PARTNER WITH US TO CREATE REAL CHANGE
We work alongside corporate and community partners who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young Tasmanians.
Partnership with Home Base is more than funding. It’s connection to purpose, visibility of impact, and involvement in work that genuinely changes lives.
There are lots of ways to get involved, and we’d love to hear your ideas…
-
Align your organisation with programs that support young people to maintain relationships, engage in school and build brighter futures.
-
Support specific initiatives that respond directly to young people’s needs across Tasmania.
-
Give your team an easy, meaningful way to contribute to better outcomes for young Tasmanians.
-
Help bring young people’s stories to life through initiatives like our upcoming documentary and lived-experience storytelling.
Why partner with home base?
Because every young person deserves stability, safety and support while they build their future.
When you partner with us, you’re helping create the conditions where young people can do more than just get by. They can move forward with confidence and connection.
And we’ll keep you connected to the impact your support is making.
see the impact.
