housing and accommodation support initiative
(hasi)
We want to prevent homelessness and ensure everyone has a home base.
The Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) program helps people aged 18-64 with mental health challenges stay in stable housing.
What we offer
We give around 4-5 hours of non-clinical support each week, like connecting you with local services, doctors, mental health professionals, and more.
We’re here to help you:
Keep your tenancy
Build self-reliance
Stay connected to important services in your community
Who can join?
To be part of HASI, you must:
Be between 18-64 years old
Live in the Greater Hobart area
Have an experience of mental ill-health
Have a social or community housing tenancy
Not receive NDIS funding
Have low to medium support needs
